Senior Software Engineer (TypeScript & Python)Frankfurt - Onsite

We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer who thrives on solving complex engineering challenges and building software that performs under pressure. You'll play a key role in developing a high-performance, real-time web platform where reliability, precision and scalability are essential.Working across a modern React frontend and an asynchronous Python backend, you'll help shape the architecture behind enterprise-grade AI experiences, ensuring seamless real-time communication, robust type safety and exceptional user performance.

• What you'll be working onBuilding resilient real-time applications using React, strict TypeScript, Python, and WebSockets
• Designing server-side rendered (SSR) experiences with flawless hydration and state management
• Developing scalable backend-for-frontend (BFF) services using asynchronous Python frameworks
• Creating reliable communication pipelines with strong validation and fault tolerance
• Driving engineering excellence through automated testing, code quality and CI/CD best practices
• Deploying and operating containerised services using Docker and Kubernetes

• What we're looking forYou'll have strong experience across modern full-stack engineering (Backend focussed), with particular expertise in:React and strict TypeScript
• Python (FastAPI, asyncio, WebSockets)
• Building real-time, event-driven systems
• Server-side rendering and hydration
• Automated testing (Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright or Cypress)
• Docker and Kubernetes
• Designing maintainable, scalable software with a strong focus on performance and resilience

• Bonus points if you have experience withAI platforms or LLM integrations
• High-throughput streaming architectures
• Performance optimisation and browser profiling
• Enterprise or regulated environments where reliability and security are critical

·        Full Stack Development: End-to-End Feature Ownership (UI to API to Deployment), Front-End/Back-End Integration, REST API Design & Consumption, Client-Server Architecture

·        Programming Languages: JavaScript (ES6+), Dart, Java, Python
