About the role As a Software Developer, you will be part of a talented team of engineers who collectively demonstrate excellent technical competency and reliability in a hyper growth environment. What you'll do Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy scalable software solutions. Build and enhance core platform features, maintaining high-quality code standards. Participate actively in code reviews, development planning, and agile processes to ensure reliability and efficiency. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. 3+ years of experience in Java programming. 3+ years of experience in JavaScript. Strong understanding of infrastructure components and distributed systems/microservices architecture. Proficiency with Git and branching strategies. Preferred Skills: Experience with Google Cloud services, Kubernetes, gRPC, and Redis. Languages: Fluency in English and French Required Location: Able to commute to the Montreal office a minimum of two days per week.
