Description

Execute the design, analysis, and evaluation of assigned projects using sound engineering principles, adhering to business standards, practices, procedures, and product/program requirements. Design and develop a variety of complex software features for backend system using Java, Docker, K8S and Gen AI tools. Write automation code for new and existing features to enhance product reliability and efficiency. Ensure compliance with quality standards and industry best practices throughout the development lifecycle. Stay current with the latest software trends, tools, and technologies, and proactively apply them to improve our solutions. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in software development, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality solutions. Deep expertise in Object-Oriented Design and Programming, with hands-on experience in Java or C#. Professional experience with core Java technologies, including design patterns, multi-threading, data structures, and algorithms. Exposure to Agile methodologies and toolchains (such as JIRA) for efficient project management and delivery. Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
