Description

Build the next generation of Talent Management software using cutting-edge technology (e.g., building agentic experiences with LLMs). Design and develop robust, scalable, and configurable applications and modules with an emphasis on quality, performance, design, and re-usability. Build and ship new software features and product enhancements with emphasis on frontend feature development. Collaborate with Product Management, Design, and the rest of Engineering to re-iterate and enhance our product and to create user-friendly interfaces and ensure a seamless user experience Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other engineers Write clean, maintainable, and testable code Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in frontend development Prototype new ideas and iterate toward the ideal user experience Participate in technical discussions and plans to improve our overall software quality Handle enterprise customer escalation issues as needed BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience preferred. 2-5+ years of hands-on experience in building and scaling customer and user-facing products, preferably in the SaaS domain. Ability to write clean, scalable, and performant code. FullStack experience. Willingness to develop both frontend and backend software features. Experience in building and shipping user-facing frontend features utilizing modern FE frameworks ( React, Vue.js ) Strong understanding of scalability, reliability, and performance optimization Experience with GenAI tools to build software is preferred. Ability to collaborate across functional and organizational boundaries.
