WHAT YOU'LL DO Braze’s Customer Lifecycle, Identity & Permissions (CLIP) team is responsible for the core authentication and authorization functionality in Braze’s product and also builds tools that allow us to effectively onboard, offboard, and manage our customers at scale. This involves building parts of our product to provide identity and access management, syncing large datasets across distributed systems, and providing the best tools to teams across Braze who run our business day-to-day. We aim to combine our expertise in multiple disciplines across engineering, design, product and UX research with a deep understanding for the challenges facing Braze at a critical stage of growth to craft technical solutions that will allow our teams and business to scale. As a senior engineer on the team, you will work independently or as part of a wider team to build out new features and improve stability/performance. You will get a chance to tackle significant engineering challenges, such as: architecting new iterations of critical components on backend systems, providing more accurate real time usage reporting across different Braze platforms, and building delightful customer experiences that help administrators manage Braze more efficiently.
