Description

As a senior full stack engineer you will build software solutions for financial crime compliance spanning data pipelines, APIs, online platforms, and agentic workflows.You will report directly to the CTO.
About Us: Castellum.AI is an all-in-one AI agents and screening solution for AML/KYC that reduces false-positive alerts by up to 94% compared to legacy providers. We’re scaling quickly to meet market demand.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • A strong technical background gained through education and/or on-the-job experience
  • Experience building web applications
  • Experience developing APIs and back-end systems
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Five years of software engineering experience
  • Knowledge and experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and popular front-end frameworks such as React
  • Knowledge and experience with Go or other systems programming languages
  • Knowledge and experience working with document or relational databases e.g. PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch
  • Knowledge and experience with virtualization, containerization, and distributed systems
