About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer In this role, you will: Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments Contribute to large scale planning of strategies Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff Required Qualifications: 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Strong knowledge of .Net, Java, Angular Java Script, RAECT, HTML, XML, Hibernate, Services. Experience AI/ML & Implement AI workflows such as data preprocessing, training, validation, and inference pipelines. Understanding of SOA concepts and technologies such as WSDL, SOAP, REST Good experience on Oracle/SQL Server Junit/TestNG frameworks exposure Possess advanced knowledge of object-oriented design and development (OOA/OOD) Able to do Test Automation. Experience with delivering projects using Agile software development techniques. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with quick adaptation to new technologies, methodologies and systems. Doing Test development Strong leadership skills, ability to lead and drive the team ensuring defect free deliverables and also motivate the team to perform better every day taking up more ownership and accountability. Must possess innovative and Out-of-box thinking while developing advanced technical solutions to business problems, and grab opportunities to improve system resiliency. Job Expectations: Develop highly complex original code Verify program logic by performing/leading the preparation of test data, testing and debugging of programs. Perform/lead overall systems testing and the migration of applications to production. Lead projects, allocate and manage/mentor junior resources and perform code reviews.
