Description

Your Responsibilities Will Be: Full-Stack Product Development - Build and deploy scalable web apps (frontend + backend) with modern frameworks - Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications from frontend to backend. - Implement secure, efficient APIs and data models to support complex workflows. - Integrate AI and automation features into core platform functionality. System Architecture & DevOps - Contribute to technical architecture for scalability, security, compliance, and performance - Implement CI/CD pipelines and maintain DevOps best practices - Optimize performance, maintainability, and deployment workflows. - Deploy, monitor, and continuously improve application reliability in production environments. Product & Collaboration - Work with the Business Leader to align and implement product vision with user needs - Own features from concept to launch in a lean, iterative way - Solve complex data processing challenges with a first-principles mindset Requirements - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with proven experience as a Full-stack Engineer or similar role, capable of building production-grade web apps end-to-end. - 4+ years of full-stack development experience, especially in B2B SaaS - Familiarity with machine learning concepts, prompt engineering/tuning, vector search/databases, and natural language processing (NLP). - Familiarity working with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, Claude Code, or similar. - Experience with legal data/documents is a plus - Technical Skills: Backend: Python (preferred), Java, Go, or Node.js, Frontend: React, Angular, or Vue.js - Databases: SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) & NoSQL (MongoDB, Elasticsearch) - Automation or AI/LLM proficiency: Have experience in integrating and leveraging Large Language Models (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI GPT series, Llama, or similar) via APIs - Clear communicator and team collaborator - Comfortable working with large, complex datasets - Strong analytical and problem-solving ability - Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver high-quality results in an early-stage environment.
