Funnel Leasing Inc., is hiring for a Senior Software Engineer that can ‘work from anywhere’ in the U.S. We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and optimize scalable applications that drive our business forward. EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS

• 6+ years of experience in software development, focusing on web applications.
• Strong expertise in Python and modern web frameworks (Django is a must).
• Experience with React and front-end development best practices.
• Deep understanding of RESTful API design and scalable backend architectures.
• Proficiency in SQL databases (PostgreSQL) and ORMs.
• Experience with Cloud Services (AWS) in production environments.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Datadog, Sentry, Grafana).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on clarity and collaboration.

BONUS SKILLS (NICE TO HAVE)

• Experience in PropTech, or working in Screening and Fraud Prevention, Billing & Payments, e-Contracts, or e-Signature.
• Prior experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Experience as a Technical Lead, Staff Engineer, or similar senior technical role.
