• You design and develop scalable backend solutions for processing large amounts of data – using Java and Python in modern, cloud-native architectures.
• Process automation is part of the job: You model and implement workflows using BPMN and integrate Camunda into our existing system landscape.
• You integrate internal and external data sources, develop high-performance interfaces, and ensure robust and secure data processing across system boundaries.
• Together with the specialist departments, you translate requirements and business processes into stable technical solutions and advise on the selection of suitable platforms, data pipelines and software systems.
• You ensure high technical standards through automated tests, code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and the continuous development of the development environment.
• Together with the engineering team, you are responsible for the stable operation of your applications – from development and deployment to productive use.

Everything's right – your skills:

• You have a completed degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification.
• Your professional focus lies in backend engineering: You are proficient in Java and Spring Boot, and you also use Python in practice.
• You are familiar with modern cloud technologies, microservice-based architectures, and integration via APIs and interfaces. Experience with Terraform and the Google Cloud Platform is a plus.
• You think about software holistically: CI/CD, logging, monitoring, automated tests and quality assurance are just as important to you as reliable operation according to the principle "You build it, you run it".
• You have experience or knowledge in modeling and automating business processes with BPMN, ideally Camunda.
