YOUR MISSION

B-ON is seeking an innovative and results-oriented Senior Software Engineer / Head for our Enterprise Applications team with a strong experience in SAP S/4 Hana solutions implementations. The ideal candidate will be able to drive expansion and adoption of our Enterprise Business Applications globally for our internal and external users. In this role you will analyze the core business needs and provide for guidance on best practices as well as lead full lifecycle implementation efforts.
The successful candidate will be expected to own and deliver our goals in partnership with the business, software, engineering, and operational teams. He or she will be highly analytical, resourceful, customer focused, team oriented, and have an ability to work independently under time constraints to meet deadlines. He or she will have a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment. You must have a passion for breaking down complex problems, understanding customer needs and delivering holistic solutions through continuous improvement.
This position is will be onsite our facility in Dueren, Germany.
