OUR MISSION: TO ELIMINATE EVERY BARRIER TO MENTAL HEALTH.

At Spring Health, we’re on a mission to revolutionize mental healthcare by removing every barrier that prevents people from getting the help they need, when they need it. Our clinically validated technology, Precision Mental Healthcare, empowers us to deliver the right care at the right time—whether it’s therapy, coaching, medication, or beyond—tailored to each individual’s needs.
We proudly partner with over 450 companies, from startups to multinational Fortune 500 corporations, as a leading provider of mental health service, providing care for 10 million people. Our clients include brands you use and know like Microsoft, Target, and Delta Airlines, all of whom trust us to deliver best-in-class outcomes for their employees globally. With our innovative platform, we’ve been able to generate a net positive ROI for employers and we are the only company in our category to earn external validation of net savings for customers.
We have raised capital from prominent investors including Generation Investment, Kinnevik, Tiger Global, William K Warren Foundation, Northzone, RRE Ventures, and many more. Thanks to their partnership and our latest Series E Funding, our current valuation has reached $3.3 billion. We’re just getting started—join us on our journey to make mental healthcare accessible to everyone, everywhere.
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our Customer Experience team, working on analytics products that demonstrate the value of our services to customers while driving engagement and adoption. In this role, you will contribute to building data-driven features, refining existing solutions, and supporting rapid experimentation in a fast-paced, stakeholder-driven environment. You’ll also play a critical role in enabling demo and trial environments that showcase our platform’s capabilities. As part of a cross-functional team, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, customer success, and sales to streamline features and address dynamic, time-sensitive requests. Additionally, as a senior team member, you’ll mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, quality, and continuous improvement to enhance our execution practices and deliver impactful results.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Design and expand the capabilities of our full stack application (built with Ruby on Rails, GraphQL, and React) which provide insights into customers’ data
  • Build and enhance data pipelines using DBT and SQL, working closely with data scientists to leverage models and ensure seamless integration with application features
  • Build and optimize data-centric solutions, working with data science teams to integrate models and unlock meaningful insights
  • Work in a fast-paced environment where you’ll tackle unknowns, adapt to changing priorities, and experiment rapidly to drive impactful results
  • Build thoughtful UI and components by contributing to our design system/component library
  • Contribute to a culture of quality by implementing strong testing practices, monitoring, and alerting systems to maintain platform reliability as our business rapidly grows
  • Identify areas for growth and iteration on our application stack and advocate for them on the engineering roadmap
  • Conduct research and experiments to help us make strategic decisions, anticipating the next problem we will be solving

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN THIS ROLE:

  • Help deliver features to drive monthly active users, customer utilization, and customer satisfaction
  • Code Quality & Delivery: Align with unit tests, code patterns, and current data model constraints while releasing code iteratively within a specified timeline
  • Enforce Code Quality: Conduct thoughtful reviews that check logical changes, variable naming, comment, quality, and unnecessary intermediate states
  • Identify/seek opportunities to contribute in ways that support the larger organization.
  • Set personal growth goals to upskill that are aligned with the career ladder
  • Adapt effectively to shifting priorities and work efficiently in a stakeholder-driven environment
  • Collaborate seamlessly across functions to ensure alignment and timely delivery of projects
  • Launch experiments, track performance metrics, and iterate quickly to refine solutions
