Understanding of monitoring and observability best practices. Leadership & Mentorship: Proven ability to mentor engineers, lead technical projects, and influence team direction. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences and drive consensus. A proactive, strategic problem-solver with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to navigate ambiguity. Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into robust, long-term technical solutions.
