This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Software Engineer II (Full Stack) in India. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on end-to-end software solutions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will lead the design, development, and implementation of high-quality applications, contributing to both front-end and back-end systems. The position involves mentoring fellow engineers, ensuring adherence to best practices, and driving technical excellence across multiple software teams. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver robust features supporting large-scale, real-time systems. The role emphasizes innovation, continuous improvement, and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies. It is ideal for engineers passionate about building scalable, impactful software solutions. Accountabilities Lead the design, development, and implementation of full-stack software solutions. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to fellow engineers, promoting best practices in software development. Conduct code reviews to maintain quality, consistency, and scalability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver critical features supporting real-time applications and contact center technologies. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges efficiently. Maintain comprehensive technical documentation. Participate actively in agile development processes including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to foster innovation. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Experience: 8+ years in software development. Front-end: Strong experience with React (required). Familiarity with JavaScript tools and libraries such as Node.js/Express (highly preferred), GraphQL, ES6, and Webpack. Experience with isomorphic JavaScript applications (e.g., Server-Side Rendering) is a plus. Back-end: JVM experience in microservice architecture. Proficiency in SQL and relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL. Production Kubernetes experience. Knowledge of development tools such as Git, Jenkins, Docker. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus. Working knowledge of commercial CRM systems and integrations. Expertise in continuous integration/delivery, test-driven development (TDD), and automated testing frameworks. Experience with real-time systems supporting hundreds of concurrent users. Proven experience collaborating with US-based business teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Must reside within 150 km of Greater Delhi NCR, Greater Bangalore, or Greater Pune. Ability to work overlapping core US business hours (EST). Quiet home workspace with internet speeds of at least 30 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload. Competitive salary: INR 3,375,000 - 4,725,000 annually (actual pay based on experience, skills, and location).
