As the Senior Software Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and developing enterprise web applications. This role will provide new technical challenges and innovate our products, technology stack & development processes. You will work in a Lean/Agile team and be focused on delivering value and delighting customers. Essential Job Functions: Work closely with Software Developers / QA Engineers and the business to build outstanding products Design and develop scalable, robust, secure, enterprise web applications Provide technical leadership in getting new ideas into production efficiently Enhance tools and processes to improve product design/development Develop a deep understanding of product functionality and how it relates to business goals and practices Qualifications Knowledge, skills and abilities required: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent 15+ years industry experience Full stack experience in developing N-tier Java web applications Strong knowledge of Java/J2EE, Junit/TestNG, Spring, Hibernate Good knowledge of JavaScript /AngularJS Good knowledge of SQL / Relational Databases Good verbal and written communication skills Proven troubleshooting and problem solving skills Experience working in a Lean/Agile environment Experience with inter-enterprise software integrations, associated tools and techniques. Experience with technical leadership and mentoring of junior developers. Demonstrable experience with an AI tooling strategy, beyond code assist / code completion.
