As a Senior Software Engineer (Integrations) at Everwest, you will help shape the technical backbone of a logistics organization built on decades of experience, Western-quality standards, and a commitment to reliable delivery. Core Responsibilities: Architect, design, implement and maintain complex software solutions that adhere to best practices and industry standards. Deliver expertise in engineering, lead technical strategy, enforce best practices, mentor team members. Set coding standards, lead code review sessions and implement robust security measures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain software solutions. Drive continuous improvement initiatives proactively, evaluate and adopt new technologies. Continuously learn and stay up to date with emerging technologies. Lead by example with a positive attitude, foster a collaborative team environment, actively support and promote a diverse and inclusive workplace, and uphold high standards of respect and ethics. Requirements: Proven experience with .net integrations, including legacy. Strong understanding of various integration architectures (REST, SOAP, EDI, messaging services). Experience with cloud infrastructure and services (AWS). Hands-on experience with observability and monitoring tools (Grafana, Loki, Prometheus). Experience with containerization (Kubernetes, Docker). Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab). Strong analytical skills, and problem solving mindset. We offer: Monthly salary ranges from 4000 EUR to 6000 EUR gross.
