You’ll be expected to lead by example, manage expectations, and maintain excellent technical and interpersonal communication. Requirements: 5+ years of software engineering experience. Excellent English communication skills (C1+). Proven experience leading engineering teams. Strong soft skills, including negotiation, time management, and conflict resolution. Proficient in Java for backend/API development. Experience using API tools like Postman, Insomnia, or curl. Monitoring expertise with tools like DataDog or similar. Python scripting experience. Experience using AI tools for development (e.g., Claude, Gemini CLI).
