Key Responsibilities: Enforce coding standards and best practices Drive Agile POD execution and task ownership Collaborate with Architects & Product Owners Translate designs into technical tasks Mentor junior engineers Oversee planning, coding, testing & deployment Identify process improvements & implement automation Required Skills: 4-5 years of experience in software development Expertise in Java, Angular or React.JS Strong DB knowledge: MongoDB, SQL, NoSQL Proficient in AWS cloud services Familiar with Agile & POD-based models Excellent problem-solving & mentoring skills Preferred: Experience in e-commerce or OOH ad tech Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps Tools: Jira, Confluence, dashboards
