Write clean, tested, and efficient code while following best practices for architecture, design, and coding standards. Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership across projects. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact features. Integrate AI tools and generative AI into the software development lifecycle to enhance productivity. Lead large-scale projects, anticipating infrastructure and architectural needs, and proposing innovative solutions. Participate in on-call rotations to address system reliability and production issues. Requirements: 7+ years of professional software development experience. Proficiency in Ruby or Python and experience with React or Vue. Strong experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and API design. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred), and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes). Knowledge of AI/LLM integration and AI development tools such as Copilot or Cursor. Experience with logging, monitoring, telemetry, and DevOps principles.
