Key Responsibilities:

• ETL Architecture & Ingestion: Build ETL architectures transferring structured and unstructured data into an object store back end for archiving based on business demand.
• Bespoke & Generic Archives: Create custom data archives to satisfy regulatory and compliance solutions, and build generic frameworks to ingest decommissioned application data into searchable formats.
• Search Interfaces & Infrastructure: Deliver standard, secure search interfaces for archives and help design/build infrastructure optimized for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Pipeline Maintenance & Analytics: Code, test, document, and maintain standardized, automated data pipelines, and build analytics tools that utilize pipelines to provide actionable operational insights.
• Stakeholder Delivery: Communicate progress and risks effectively, handle end-to-end testing and documentation, and complete handovers to customers within aggressive timescales.

Your Profile:

• Technical Stack (Must-Haves):
• In-depth experience developing Python or PowerShell scripts across Windows and Linux platforms.
• Experience with at least one object-oriented language: C#, JavaScript, or .Net.
• UI development experience, ideally with React.
• Technical Assets (Desirable): Experience with Ansible Automation Platform playbooks, MSSQL and Oracle databases, Hitachi Content Platform, Solr, and SIARD (Software Independent Archiving of Relational Databases).
• Personal Style: Strong analytical and conceptual skills, self-motivated, results-driven, highly communicative in English, and capable of influencing effectively across a complex organization.
