Your tasks:

• Conducting thorough code and impact analyses to evaluate changes in terms of functionality, quality, performance, and maintainability.
• Conceptualization and implementation of refactoring measures for the sustainable improvement of existing software architectures using modern, including AI-supported, tools.
• Development, enhancement and maintenance of automated code documentation, as well as continuous alignment with requirements, specifications and test coverage.
• Responsibility for the technical planning and implementation of software projects
• Taking an active role in ensuring compliance with development standards, best practices, and architectural principles.
• Promoting quality assurance through the integration of tests, reviews, and automated testing mechanisms into the development process
• Close collaboration with decentralized and international teams, including coordination across locations.
• Active participation in agile teams with a focus on continuous improvement: moderation and active participation in retrospectives, identification of optimization potential in processes, tools and collaboration, initiation and follow-up of concrete improvement measures, mentoring and professional support of less experienced team members.
