Your responsibilities

• 
  
• Own technical projects end to end. You frame the problem, design the solution, lead implementation and rollout, and stay accountable for how it runs in production
• 
  
• Shape technical design decisions. You work on feature-level architecture as well as topics that affect the whole system, such as data models, API design and tooling
• 
  
• Build solutions around user needs. You work closely with Product, Design and Business to shape the right solution. When you see a better way, you question the original requirement
• 
  
• Find the problems nobody has ticketed yet. You spot hidden risks and tech debt early, make the case for fixing them and help set priorities
• 
  
• Raise the bar around you. You give code reviews that teach, pair program and mentor mid-level engineers
• 
  
• Help us grow the team. You take part in hiring, both technical interviews and conversations about collaboration and team fit
