To strengthen our software team, we are looking for a Senior Software Engineer (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible, either part-time or full-time.

Your tasks

• You develop modern applications for a wide variety of client projects using Ruby on Rails and Next.js.
• With your high quality standards, you develop clean, maintainable and sustainable code.
• By using automated tests, you ensure a stable and reliable codebase.
• As a technical contact person, you will provide expert support for projects and work closely with our customers.
• You actively pass on your knowledge to less experienced developers and support them in their professional development.

Your profile

• You have at least 3 years of experience in web development.
• You are ready to familiarize yourself with our technology stack.
• As a full-stack developer, you move confidently between frontend and backend.
• You have a confident command of JavaScript, CSS, and backend technologies.
• You combine structured, pragmatic work with high quality standards.
• You place great value on automated tests and clean development processes.
• Your experience in direct customer contact to clarify requirements and deliver new features sets you apart.
• Ideally, you already have experience in the service sector or agency environment.
• Even in challenging situations, you communicate confidently and develop suitable solutions together with customers.
• You follow new developments in the field of web and AI with curiosity and interest.
• You regularly use coding agents to modify and understand program code. You critically and reliably review generated source code.
• You also enjoy working with your team on-site and therefore come to the office two days a week.

Your salary

We also prioritize transparency when it comes to salary. Under our standardized salary model, the gross annual salary for this position – based on full-time employment – ​​ranges between €60,000 and €70,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
