Accountabilities: Own the technical resolution of complex escalated support issues and coordinate with feature teams for broader changes. Collaborate with client support to triage, diagnose, and resolve software issues efficiently. Promote a “you build it, you own it” approach across the maintenance lifecycle. Explore and prototype AI-driven enhancements to support processes, including automated log analysis and self-healing mechanisms. Improve internal developer tools and processes to enhance developer experience (DevEx), including CI/CD pipelines, monitoring dashboards, and development environments. Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement across the codebase. Enforce coding standards, perform code reviews, and mentor team members to maintain high-quality practices. Document technical decisions and system behavior to support team alignment and maintainability. 5+ years of professional experience in software development with distributed applications. Strong expertise in modern PHP frameworks, such as Symfony or Yii. Solid understanding of front-end frameworks (Vue.js) and MySQL. Proven experience maintaining and scaling production systems. Strong debugging, performance optimization, and security assessment skills. Experience with AWS services, including SQS, Lambda, CloudWatch, ECS, and CDK. Familiarity with test coverage improvement (Unit, Integration, Functional tests). Skilled in enhancing developer tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and observability practices. Experience working in Agile environments and leading technical discussions. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
