Description

Design, develop, test and support features, experiences and solutions for highly scalable services. Develop high quality secure and compliant solutions. Support highly available services used by millions of users on a daily basis. Infuse Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations (AIOps) practices to drive productivity, operational excellence, observability, incident detection, accurate root-cause analysis, and mitigation. Reviews current developments and proactively seeks new knowledge that will improve the availability, reliability, efficiency, observability, and performance of products while also driving consistency in monitoring and operations at scale. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, or Python 2+ years of experience developing production software. 2+ years of design, algorithmic skills, and knowledge of data structures proficiency. 2+ years of debugging, testing , and problem-solving skills. 2+ years of experience working cross teams and collaborating with partners. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering OR related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, OR Python OR Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience. 2+ years proficiency designing, building and running large scale and highly available cloud services or distributed systems. 2+ years of experience with high-availability, automation, performance and building highly available distributed systems at scale. 2+ years of demonstrable troubleshooting skills across network, application, caching, queuing, load-balancing storage and distributed services layers.
