Our objective is to foster a data-informed culture by equipping the Experiences + Devices group with actionable insights to guide their decisions. This initiative represents a significant opportunity to deliver impactful information that will improve operational efficiency, drive empowerment, and support Microsoft’s success in the evolving AI landscape. We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer who can lead the design and implementation of scalable data solutions, mentor other engineers, and collaborate across teams to deliver strategic insights. This role is ideal for experienced engineers who are ready to take on technical leadership and influence the direction of our data platform. This position is based at the Redmond campus with 3 days per week work in the office and 2 days per week work from home. Relocation assistance is available.
