Description

Lead the design and development of our Agentic AI solutions for Security Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and drive the implementation of innovative solutions that are powered by agentic AI for security Implement best practices for model evaluation, and deployment in production environments. Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence. Collaborate with product management to prioritize features and roadmap initiatives based on customer needs and market trends. Ensure adherence to coding standards, software quality, and best practices for software development lifecycle management. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 7+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, especially, C# and .NET or equivalent experience. At least 5+ years of experience as a software engineer running a large platform, distributed system or enterprise-grade SAAS product across the full lifecycle Extensive experience in object-oriented programming, preferably in .NET or Java. Extensive experience building and tuning AI powered solutions, especially agentic solutions Background in large-scale AI platforms, LLM architecture or distributed systems.
