Quality and customer obsession driven in project execution. Build metrics and monitor impact of features. Be open and willing to learn new technology and to take challenges. Help team to forge a sound engineering culture with growth mindset. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience. 4+ years of experience building upon CS fundamentals and solid inclination for architecting at scale. 4+ years of experience building technical design, problem solving and debugging skills. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: 8+ years experience working in product or service design and/or shipping production code. OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Graphic Design, Product Design, Visual Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related field AND 6+ years experience working in product or service design and/or shipping production code OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Graphic Design, Product Design, Visual Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related field AND 4+ years experience working in product or service design and/or shipping production code Familiarity with CRM platforms and customer data models. Understanding of AI/ML concepts for workflow automation. Proficient collaboration and communication skills.
