Description
Designs and implements features across the Windows stack using C++, C#, Python, and the latest Windows SDKs. Drives identification of dependencies and the development of design documents for a product, application, service, or platform. Moves fast and adapts quickly in a dynamic environment, driving impact with urgency and agility. Leverages subject-matter expertise of product features and partners with appropriate stakeholders (e.g., project managers) to drive a workgroup's project plans, release plans, and work items. Contributes to team discussions, shares insights, and supports continuous improvement. Engages with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, customer-obsessed solutions. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience 1+ year experience with agentic AI development including, but not limited to Large Language Models (LLMs), Semantic Kernel, and LangChain These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ year(s) technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience. OR Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python. OR equivalent experience. 2+ years demonstrated familiarity and passion for AI technologies. Previous experience with Windows development. Communicates effectively and has experience working across disciplines and functions.‌
