MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. * 5 years of experience with software development in Java programming languages. * 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with large scale application design and architecture. * 3 years of experience with Android application development. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field. * 5 years of work experience in Wi-Fi stack development. * 5 years of experience with data structures or algorithms. * Experience in designing APIs and working on Android framework. * Experience coding in Java and C++. * Experience developing accessible technologies. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Lead new features and technologies within the Wi-Fi domain through interaction with industry leaders. * Design, Implement, and maintain Android Wi-Fi Connectivity stack for both First-Party (1P) and Third-Party (3P) devices. * Help build the next generation of APIs and library for 1P and 3P developers. * Collaborate with both internal, external and partner teams to refine and define the Wi-Fi stack and scaling it to the industry. * Partner and collaborate with related engineering teams, product management, and program management to ensure the development of high-quality solutions in timely manner.
