  We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Senior Software Developer with strong proficiency in Python. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in software engineering principles and a track record of developing scalable, high-quality software solutions across a variety of platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership: Lead a team of 3-5 software developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and code reviews.
• Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code primarily in Python for our new unique ID platform.
• Collaborate with the development team to plan, design, and execute software solutions that align with the company’s strategic goals.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software applications.
• Integrate software components and third-party programs to meet specifications.
• Create technical documentation for reference and reporting.
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements in Python development.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in software development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.
• Experience leading a small team of software developers.
• Proven experience as a software developer, with a strong portfolio of Python projects.
• Deep understanding of object-oriented programming, software architecture, and design patterns.
• Familiarity with the full software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Experience with Spark and Databricks
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
