Design and implement APIs and event-driven integrations between Muck Rack, Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Stripe, RightRev, and other business systems
Lead the evolution of Muck Rack's internal integration platform, designing scalable services that reliably translate commercial events into product actions and customer experiences
Partner closely with Product, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Salesforce implementation partners to define integration patterns, API contracts, event models, and scalable technical solutions
Lead the technical design and delivery of medium-to-large engineering initiatives from architecture through production
Identify cross-system dependencies and technical risks early, partnering across teams to drive decisions and unblock delivery
Write clean, well-tested, and well-documented code while setting a high bar through thoughtful code reviews and technical mentorship
Improve the reliability, observability, scalability, and performance of revenue-critical services and proactively identify opportunities to simplify and modernize the platform
Troubleshoot complex production issues across systems and help establish patterns that improve platform resilience
Contribute to the long-term architecture of Muck Rack's revenue platform, ensuring solutions remain modular, maintainable, and extensible as self-service purchasing and Product-Led Growth capabilities expand
