As a Software Engineer , your mission is to own real problems end-to-end , from design to production, on a platform designed to scale natively: an event-driven architecture where AI agents negotiate with real people on behalf of banks, under real SLAs and bank-grade security. We're AI-native in how we build, not just what we sell: LLM evals score 100% of our conversations, adversarial agents attack every change before it reaches production, and our CI/CD runs its own AI agents : reviewing code, catching regressions, and fixing vulnerabilities. You'll build alongside a team of excellent engineers who hold a high bar, shipping to production in your first week and owning more as the company grows. You will have end-to-end ownership over what you build.
