Description

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 4+ years of professional experience in Senior software development designing, building, and deploying applications
  • 4+ years of Full stack development experience
  • 4+ years of strong proficiency in Java, Maven, Python (Django, Flask) and Node.js, with a solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript
  • 4 + years of experience with .NET 8

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • Background in AI/ML fundamentals
  • Experience in building RESTful APIs, microservices, and server-side applications
  • Database Knowledge: Proficiency in working with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis)
  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and familiarity with DevOps practices
  • Strong experience with Git and version control workflows

The Automation Governance Services (AGS) Engineering team is seeking a visionary software engineer in the OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) space to help drive innovation and enhance Cloud related capabilities within our Cybersecurity organization. This role requires a highly skilled professional with a strong foundation in Java/Maven application development, with a deep understanding of the principles of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

  • Design, engineer, and develop complex cloud and automation solutions in a complex Java maven angular tech stack on OpenShift Container platform

  • Produce automation solutions that leverage Generative AI Technology
  • Drive implementation of innovative solutions across multiple Cybersecurity domains
