About the role Mission: To design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient software solutions that drive business growth and innovation. The Senior Software Developer will ensure high-quality code, optimize system performance, and contribute to the technical excellence of the organization. Role: As a Senior Software Developer with expertise in PHP / GO Lang / JAVA / Node JS , ReactJS etc. & AI, prompt engineering you will lead the development of innovative software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable software solutions, mentor junior developers, and participate in architectural decisions to ensure the technical success of our products. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and implementation of software solutions using PHP / GO Lang / JAVA / Node JS, ReactJS etc.. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code adhering to best practices. Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency across the team. Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers. Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex issues. Participate in system architecture and design discussions. Ensure software security and compliance standards are met. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and workflows. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate innovative solutions. Familiarity with AI development tools and platforms. Having exposure to Prompt engineering. About you Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field 7+ years of hands-on experience in development of software (Preferred Networking Domain) Proven experience as a Senior Developer or similar role with strong expertise in PHP / GO Lang / JAVA / Node JS, ReactJS etc. Solid understanding of software development principles, data structures, and algorithms. Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure etc.). Demonstrated ability to design and develop scalable, high-performance applications. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. Knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL). Proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Understanding of security best practices. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) will be an added advantage Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines will be an added advantage Familiarity with AI development tools and platforms will be an added advantage.
