KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Strong experience with Ruby (current or previous role).
• Full-stack experience, with a backend bias (70% backend, 30% frontend).
• Some React experience is a plus, but not essential.
• Experience working on scalable, high-performance applications.
• Previous experience in Healthtech or a regulated industry is a plus.

A leading Healthtech company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join their fully remote team. This is a full-stack position, but with a strong backend focus (70%).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain backend services using Ruby (Ruby on Rails preferred).
• Contribute to full-stack development, with some frontend work (React experience preferred but not required).
• Optimize and scale backend systems to support healthcare applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.
• Ensure code quality, security, and best practices in a fast-paced environment.
