️ JOB DESCRIPTION

• Lead and mentor a team of developers to deliver high-quality digital solutions
• Architect fullstack systems with a focus on scalability and performance
• Design and review secure, reliable APIs
• Champion DevSecOps practices and secure coding throughout development
• Oversee CI/CD setup and ensure quality assurance integration
• Collaborate with analysts, designers, and infrastructure engineers
• Ensure cloud best practices (AWS/Azure) are applied to deployments
• Deliver systems integrating with Singpass, Corppass, and public sector standards
• Support project planning, estimations, and risk management

✅ REQUIREMENTS

• 6–10 years in software development, with 2–3 years in a leadership role
• Strong fullstack development skills and API expertise
• Experience with secure coding and DevSecOps toolchains
• Skilled in AWS or Azure cloud environments
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Experience delivering government-facing systems is a plus
• Strong communicator with excellent leadership and problem-solving abilities
