What we are looking for:

• Strong Java and Spring Boot experience with a focus on microservices and distributed systems
• Experience designing and owning integration and service layers in a platform or shared services context
• Solid understanding of event-driven architecture, ideally with Kafka or similar messaging systems
• Cloud-native engineering depth across AWS and Kubernetes
• A platform engineering mindset, comfortable building for multiple consumers rather than a single product team
• You’re not expected to have 100% of these skills. At the heart of our culture, we actively encourage people to try new things.
