WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Collaborate with engineers both inside and outside the team to design and deliver powerful new provisioning and directory sync capabilities for our B2B customers.
• Drive technical improvements to our codebase and architecture, ensuring our systems are highly reliable, maintainable, and scalable.
• Mentor and coach other engineers on sound engineering practices and testing.
• Work closely with your team, the Product Manager, and the Product Designer to define the look, feel, and functionality of new features and review customer feedback.
• Participate in the team’s on-call rotation to ensure we offer our customers the best availability for our services.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE:

• 5+ years of experience working on large-scale systems or services.
• Previous experience using Node.js (TypeScript or JavaScript) or Golang to build backend services and create and maintain public or internal APIs.
• You have worked on full-stack applications in the past; while this is a backend-focused role, a portion of our work involves
• React, and your familiarity is a plus.
• Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
• You are a good communicator and mentor who enjoys sharing knowledge and helping the team grow.
• You work autonomously but know when to seek help from your team members.
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and cloud environments (AWS and/or Azure preferred).
