JOB DESCRIPTION
Overview
This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of a company office. Raleigh, NC, Charlotte, NC, or Phoenix, AZ.
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with strong experience across supporting QRM (Quantitative Risk Management) applications that performs Balance Sheet Management and Forecasting. The Engineer will have technical ownership of the QRM application that supports Finance, including integrations. They will serve as a technical lead/liaison for all QRM related projects as well as a technical point of contact with the QRM vendor; provide technical solutions to Modelers, Quantitative Analysts within the Asset Liability Management teams. This position will be responsible for leading the functional/technical designs, configuration, developing solutions and supporting multiple modules/applications within the QRM framework. The ideal candidate will possess a deep and broad understanding of Information Technology best practices and processes related to QRM.
Analyzes, codes, tests, and implements in coordination with management, associates, and end users. Serves as production system support by resolving issues and ensuring ongoing functionality. May oversee the work of less experienced analysts or assist in special projects as needed. You will also work across the full stack—from APIs and data ingestion layers to orchestration logic helping develop and build scalable, extensible platforms.
