Description:

At Qwilr we’re on a mission to revolutionise what proposals are capable of. This involves a highly technical platform, coupled with some seriously cool innovative engineering with some seriously awesome engineers.
Qwilr Engineering has transitioned over a decade of phenomenal pioneering - from the creation of monoliths, to dabbling with micro-services, all the while pursuing cloud-native distributed architecture designed to stand the test of time and to scale. We aggressively replace old technology along the way, but only when it makes sense.
If you want to make an outsized impact, learn world-class Cloud Engineering and work in a great culture that values your voice and your balanced perspective, we look forward to hearing from you. With your help, our best work is ahead of us!

  • Budget for your home and/or office setup
  • $1000 - 2500 for further education, conferences and books
  • Company-wide global retreats each year
  • Charity donations matching and volunteering days off
  • And at Qwilr, you’ll get to do challenging, rewarding work in a supportive environment with smart and dedicated colleagues

Responsibilities:

  • Iterate on development practices to constantly improve as a team.
  • Be aware, and seek understanding of project requirements and priorities.
