KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• In-depth expertise and experience developing mobile applications using React Native and Expo.
• Experience writing and reviewing code using TypeScript and other modern JS tools and frameworks.
• Strong understanding of native mobile development (Kotlin/Java for Android and Swift/Objective-C for iOS) is an advantage.
• Proven experience implementing and maintaining DevOps workflows for mobile builds and deployments.
• Experience in app store management processes, including submission and release coordination.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise across technical and business teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent, with relevant industry experience in medium to large financial organisations.

As a Senior Software Engineer – React Native, you’ll play a key role in designing, developing, and supporting high-quality mobile applications that are scalable, secure, and future-proof. You’ll work with cutting-edge tools and technologies to ensure our mobile solutions are first to market and deliver real value to our members.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using React Native and Expo.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with ART’s technical strategy.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using TypeScript and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Implement and maintain DevOps workflows for mobile builds and deployments.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Investigate and resolve incidents and problems, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
• Manage app store submission and release processes across iOS and Android platforms.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
