We are partnering with a well-established, innovative company to hire a Senior Software Engineer who will play a key role in building and scaling high-performance applications. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex systems, contribute to architectural decisions, and help shape the future of a cutting-edge platform. The Role As a Senior Software Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable applications while taking ownership of complex technical challenges. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, drive architectural discussions, and mentor junior engineers, contributing to both technical excellence and team growth. Key Responsibilities Design and build scalable, high-performance applications using modern technologies (Elixir, TypeScript, Rust) Lead architectural discussions and contribute to technical strategy Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices Optimise system performance and ensure reliability at scale Develop and manage integrations with third-party APIs and services Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the platform Participate in incident management and on-call rotations Conduct code reviews and mentor junior team members Contribute to the design and delivery of new features and products Implement strong security and data protection standards Key Requirements 5+ years of experience in software development Experience with Elixir/Erlang, TypeScript, or similar technologies Strong understanding of API design and testing methodologies Experience with microservices, event-driven systems, and high-traffic environments Solid grasp of software engineering best practices (CI/CD, code reviews, etc.) Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work independently Strong communication skills in English Nice to Have Experience in blockchain and cryptology (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, etc.) Familiarity with payment systems (reconciliation, wallet management, etc.) Background in iGaming
