This role offers the chance to join a fully remote, innovative engineering team building scalable SaaS products for global clients. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will work across the full software lifecycle, from designing and implementing backend systems to improving existing products and infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver meaningful outcomes that drive customer value. Accountabilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver on product and engineering objectives. Drive backend development for multi-tenant SaaS products, ensuring scalable, maintainable, and reliable systems. Participate in product discovery to understand user needs and translate them into technical solutions. Lead large projects, managing progress, adapting to feedback, and iterating on solutions. Contribute to architectural decisions, balancing time to market, quality, security, scalability, and maintainability. Maintain and improve existing codebases, exercising ownership and applying best practices such as code reviews, CI/CD, observability, and infrastructure as code. Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge across the team. 5+ years of experience building backend services in multi-tenant SaaS environments. Expertise in Python, Django, SQL, and PostgreSQL. Experience working with large language models (LLMs) and AI-powered systems. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deliver solutions in fast-paced, iterative environments. Product and business-oriented mindset, with the ability to connect technical work to measurable outcomes. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for remote team environments. Proactive, resilient, and results-driven attitude, able to navigate ambiguity and deliver impact. Desirable Skills Experience in SaaS startups or scale-ups.
