Apply standard technologies to software design, implementation, and testing. Work closely with other team members to coordinate assignments and communicate progress and/or difficulties. Investigate and resolve complex runtime software issues received from varying sources in a timely manner. Understand requirements both from user’s perspective and technical details. Manage personal project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables. Developing new and maintaining existing code and design. Providing input, solutions, and recommendations. Participate in design and code reviews and understand and enforce the importance of coding standards. Troubleshooting complex problems. Comply with all applicable U.S. Food and Drug Administration (U.S. FDA) medical device regulatory requirements, applicable ISO 13485 standard requirements and all other applicable laws, regulations, and standards. Qualifications BS degree or higher in a scientific, engineering, or clinical field, not required. 5+ years of proven corporate/technical lead training experience. Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools. Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate teaching. Proficient in MS Office (esp. PowerPoint); e-learning software is an asset. Phenomenal communication, presentation, and public speaking skills. Organizational and time management abilities. Critical thinking and decision making. Certified training certificate is a plus. Experience with: Object Oriented Design and Implementation, using .NET Technologies Thorough understanding of Model View Controller (MVC) and Model-View-ViewModel (MVVM) architecture patterns Repository and Singleton design patterns Client technologies for creating Responsive Web Design.
