About Role: As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in designing, developing, and deploying high-quality software solutions. You'll be expected to take ownership of significant features, mentor junior team members, and drive technical excellence within your team. This position requires a strong technical foundation, a problem-solving mindset, and excellent collaboration skills. What you’ll do Take full ownership of projects from design to implementation, test, deployment, and ongoing operations. Design, develop, and deliver scalable, highly available cloud-native services for data protection and recovery. Build and operationalize protection for Kubernetes, SaaS applications, and public cloud workloads. Implement cloud-scale APIs and microservices leveraging native cloud services (storage, IAM, networking). Optimize performance, cost, and reliability of cloud-native protection systems. Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver impactful features. Diagnose and resolve complex problems in cloud and hybrid environments. Experience you’ll need Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent with strong problem-solving abilities. Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, distributed systems, and cloud-native design patterns. 6+ years of experience in building scalable enterprise or cloud software. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Go, or Python. Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and native services. Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration. Solid understanding of microservices, event-driven architectures, and REST/gRPC APIs. Strong interest in solving complex technical challenges in cloud-native and data protection domains. Experience with storage, backup/recovery, or security solutions is a plus.
