ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • Proficiency in modern scripting languages and frameworks for web development (e.g., Nuxt/Vue.js and Nest.js with TypeScript, proficiency with modern versions of React & Angular are great).
  • Experience with web services like GraphQL, REST APIs, or WebSockets.
  • Strong knowledge of data management technologies (SQL, NoSQL, ETL processes).
  • Proficiency with containerisation (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (GCP preferred).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Mathematics, or Engineering.

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Expertise in TypeScript, JavaScript, or similar such as Java, Ruby, or Python (we use TypeScript).
  • Experience with modern SDLCs and Agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g., Atlassian suite, GitHub workflows).
  • Knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and DevOps practices.
  • Proficiency in building CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks (Cypress, Playwright).
