Your Day to Day

As a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test, you would be working on

• Establish and develop high-quality test environment for Web Admin Portal, Desktop application, iOS and Android mobile and backend components.
• Analyze requirements to define detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Ensure thorough test coverage for web clients, mobile apps (iOS/Android), and backend services, addressing functional, regression, and edge cases.
• Execute manual test cases to validate functionality, usability, and performance.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Robot Framework, ensuring maximum coverage across the test suite.
• Track and report test coverage metrics to identify gaps and improve overall coverage.
• Identify, document, and track defects with clear reproduction steps.
• Alongside your development team, investigate technical feasibility and suggest various testing scenarios and provide automation.
• Work in close collaboration with the Engineering, Product and User Experience stakeholders.
• Contribute to our ongoing efforts to improve our QA processes, tools, and automation.
• Stay updated on the latest testing tools, frameworks, and techniques to improve test coverage.
• Design and improve manual test and automation project work, timing and cadence to make sure agreed deadlines are kept.
• Continuously track project progress, provide visibility into potential blockers and come up with proactive solution suggestions to ensure successful delivery.

What We’re Looking For

As a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test your background will look like

• 3+ years of experience with testing and automating APIs, Web, iOS and Android Apps. Experience in automation framework like Robot and Python language.
• A strong understanding of web and mobile application testing architecture.
• Good English communication with desire to learn.
• Strong analytical and debugging skills.
• Have good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Be a great team player and share best practices to support the team.
• Communicate effectively in both written and spoken English and Hungarian.
• Be eager to learn new technologies and apply them to manual testing and automation.
• Support and adapt to changes positively and help the team manage changes smoothly.
• Showcase work that demonstrates your ability to create reliable and effective automated tests.
• Plan and manage your time effectively to complete tasks and meet deadlines.
• Value your team members and respect their opinions and ideas.
• Organize and prioritize tasks while handling multiple projects, maintaining accuracy and high quality.
• Solve complex problems and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
