We're looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our growing IT Applications team. You will be reporting to the Director, IT Applications. You will be responsible for: Developing, testing, and documenting custom solutions, integrations, and data migrations for ServiceNow projects Translating business needs into well-architected solutions leveraging the ServiceNow platform Managing CMDB health, integrations, Discovery, and Service Mapping to ensure system stability Designing scalable workflow frameworks and identifying opportunities to automate and improve manual processes Collaborating with team members and stakeholders to ensure seamless development, testing, and deployment What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications) Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience, with 5+ years in IT Service Management/ServiceNow and 3+ years in ServiceNow application development Proficient in ServiceNow modules such as CMDB, HR, Service Portal, Asset Management,HAM, SAM, IRM, TPRM, ESG, JavaScript and API integrations ServiceNow certifications (CSA and Application Developer) with solid experience in upgrades, version control, and update remediation Strong problem-solving skills, mentoring experience, and knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Kanban, Scrum) What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Certified Implementation Specialist certification in one of the OOTB ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITBM, ITOM,TPSM, GRC etc.) Experience developing UI ITIL V3 / V4 Foundation or above #LI-Hybrid #LI-NT1 At Zscaler, we are committed to building a team that reflects the communities we serve and the customers we work with.
