As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for: * Collaborating with Marketing operations and IT analysts to develop applications like AI Chatbot, automation platforms, and CRM systems. * Integrating marketing applications into the existing ecosystem while ensuring scalability and dependable reliability. * Designing solutions based on requirements and obtaining stakeholder approval before implementation * Collaborating with enterprise architecture teams to ensure solutions align with organization-wide standards. * Providing clear updates on progress, obstacles, and expected completion dates Do what you love To be successful in this role you will: * Possess 5+ years of experiences with Salesforce and related tools such as AgentForce, Data360, Mule, alongside equivalent expertise in Computer Science. * Demonstrate expertise in Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, LWC, webhooks, APIs, Flows) and understanding of best practices, data modeling, architecture. * Demonstrate expertise in SQL queries (creation, optimization, and data management) and solid understanding of APIs (RESTful services, integration, testing). * Integrate SaaS applications with CRM systems and Oracle databases while contributing to and leading a dynamic, high-performing team. * Exhibit high accountability, self-discipline, motivation, creativity, and confidence, with exceptional problem-solving abilities and adaptability to emerging technologies. * Obtain expertise in Salesforce platforms, including Salesforce Platform, Data360, Marketing Cloud, and Agentforce.
